With enthusiasm and innovation. With healthy relationships and personal wellness. With awkward dance moves, wild laughter and ridiculous optimism.

Let’s side-step the black hole of bad news and leap toward a quiet life of joy. One of sustainable hope, small moments and simple service to others.

Jesus said, “Pick up your mat and walk” - It’s time to put down our phones and live.

Moving with Jesus on the journey without pretense, judgment, shame, hypocrisy or unrealistic holiness.

May our brokenness lead to better conversations, interior renewal and honest ways of loving God and neighbor.
