Yoga Church is a restful & restorative yoga practice encouraging mind, body and spiritual wellness.

What to expect:

45 minutes of yoga, a short talk or meditation, hot tea, honey and casual conversation. Yoga Church is free and open to the public. Please bring your own mat (we have extras if needed).

Time: 6:15pm - 7:30pm
